Sometimes the work calls for more than just a conversation — it calls for space to learn, reflect, and grow together. That’s where training comes in.

I design and facilitate engaging, interactive trainings that are grounded in lived experience, shaped by anti-oppressive frameworks, and built to meet the real-world needs of the people in the room. Whether you're part of a large human service agency, a small private practice, an educational setting, or a grassroots community group, each training is thoughtfully tailored to your goals, context, and capacity.

What to Expect

Trainings aren’t one-size-fits-all — and they shouldn’t be. I take time to understand your goals, your people, and your setting so we can co-create a learning experience that feels relevant, practical, and impactful. My facilitation style blends clinical expertise, reflective supervision, and a deep commitment to equity and neuroinclusion. I bring warmth, clarity, and curiosity to every session, creating space where participants feel safe to show up fully — with their questions, insight, and lived experience.

Sessions are interactive by design. I often incorporate experiential exercises, small group dialogue, and real-time problem-solving to help participants apply what they're learning to their daily work. Whether we’re unpacking systemic barriers, exploring identity and power in clinical spaces, or experimenting with new supervisory approaches, the space is collaborative, thoughtful, and alive with learning.

Common Training Topics

  • Affirming, trauma-informed care for LGBTQIA+ clients, with a focus on transgender and gender expansive youth and families

  • Neuroaffirming clinical practice, including diagnosis, treatment, and supervision of autistic and ADHD clients

  • Inclusive supervision and leadership, with strategies for supporting neurodivergent staff and navigating identity disclosure in the workplace

  • Universal design for equity, applying neuroinclusive and anti-oppressive principles across clinical, organizational, and community settings

  • Therapeutic play and creative engagement, using games and experiential tools to build connection and support healing

Whether you're looking to deepen your team’s clinical skills, shift organizational culture, or rethink how you support staff and clients — we can build something that meets the moment and moves you forward with clarity and care.

Open Enrollment Trainings (Offered by Me)

Throughout the year, I offer public trainings on topics I see emerging across the field. These sessions are open to individual providers, supervisors, and community members — no agency affiliation required.

Kaleidoscopes Consulting

As a clinician licensed in Massachusetts, I honor the Indigenous peoples of this land—past, present, and future—including the Massachusett, Naumkeag, Wampanoag, Pawtucket, Agawam, Nipmuc, Nonotuck, Mohican, and Pocumtuc peoples, as well as those whose names and cultures have been erased through colonization. Words alone cannot repair ongoing harm; justice is pursued through land reclamation, reparations, policy change, and sustained action.
