Individual Supervision
External supervision not only helps meet licensure requirements but also strengthens clinical outcomes

As a supervisor and consultant, I bring a warm, collaborative, and identity-affirming approach grounded in deep clinical experience and a commitment to justice and inclusion. My work is rooted in the Attachment, Self-Regulation, and Competency (ARC) model, with strong foundations in attachment theory, feminist and empowerment-based frameworks, and narrative therapy. I also integrate tools from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), internal family systems (IFS), and solution-focused therapy to support a flexible, client-centered practice. Whether you seek support with case conceptualization, clinical skill development, or exploring how your identities shape your work, I offer a reflective and supportive space where you can grow with intention and confidence.
Individual Supervision
As a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW), I’m qualified to provide all 100 supervision hours required for LICSW licensure, as well as 125 of the 200 hours required for LMHC licensure. I may also be able to provide supervision hours toward other Massachusetts or out-of-state clinical licenses—just be sure to confirm eligibility with your licensing board first.
Some workplaces will cover the cost of external supervision for licensing purposes, especially if your licensure benefits your workplace. If this is the case, I am happy to work with you and your employer to work out an arrangement that works for you.
